Country scene aside a religious building, whose bell tower supports the enamelled dial of a wall clock. In the distance, port buildings melt into a light fog.

Mechanism
The clock mechanism triggers the strike on four gongs. A musicbox (snuffbox-type) by Jules Cuendet, which is wound by rope, plays two tunes. The link with the main mechanism is to be reviewed.

Condition report
Presence of the pendulum and winding keys. Mechanisms to clean. Small shards with enamelled dial. Cracks in paint and a piece on the back of the canvas, wear and friction.
